Stephanie Ward, owner of Firefly Coaching

Stephanie WardThe amount knowledge and wisdom within the EPWN group is deep and wide. Speed networking is a great way to extract it and share it.

Think about all of the ideas, information, and contacts that each person in the network has. Imagine how much we can help each other and what kind of opportunities we will be able to create by meeting face-to-face and exchanging our knowledge.

In one evening of Speed Networking you will have the opportunity to meet between 10-13 people and exchange ideas, information, and resources. Brings loads of business cards, you are going to need them!

In preparation for the event, please think about:

1. A very brief introduction of yourself
2. What you have to offer people in the network
3. What you need from people in the network

What happens after the event is just as important as the actual event itself. Be prepared to follow through with the connections you make. Relationships are built over time and based on trust. Keeping your commitments goes a long way to building trust.

Extending our Wisdom Wildfire

Back due to popular demand!

You’re a busy person. The people who walk by you each day are most likely saying the same thing about themselves. Do you think you don’t have time to network? Think again. Can you afford not to?

Everyone and everything is demanding our time and there is little to no down time these days. As a result, there is often little to no time to build new relationships. Those same people you pass by each day are often in the same position. How are the “lucky people” becoming so successful at growing their businesses?

Once in a while, they have created the best thing since sliced bread. For most of us, that is not the case and we are in tough competition to win business. By not widening your spheres of influence for new contacts and relationships, you might be severely reducing your chances for your advancement, sales, ventures, partnerships, sales pipeline and success.

It has been estimated that the average person knows 250 people who each know another 250 people. That’s a great pipeline and a way to identify new spheres of influence to build contacts and relationships. Events such as speed networking give you an excellent opportunity to efficiently and effectively build your pipeline of connections andtarget your desired industries.

While networking online has its advantages, nothing can replace a face-to-face meeting with a handshake. The knowledge and wisdom within the EuropeanPWN group is immense and speed networking is a great way to extract it. To that end, speed networking puts you in a position to quickly learn about an individual and allows you to make an initial assessment of whether or not you would like to pursue a relationship.

Finally, within 60 or 90 minutes of speed networking, you will have the opportunity to meet 10 to 15 business professionals. If you do your math right, you will realize that you could build a substantial pipeline of connections off one event and eventually become one of those “lucky people”.

So, please join us on November 19th between 7.00 -10.00pm at the Holiday Inn Hotel located on De Boelelaan 2, 1083 HJ, Amsterdam in for what promises to be a novel evening with our host, Stephanie Ward, from Firefly Coaching, who is passionate about helping business owners build successful businesses and a great networker herself! Stephanie will be sharing her expertise and practical experience whilst acting as our host throughout the evening.

You can get a copy of her free special report, “7 Steps to Attract More Clients in Less Time”, plus monthly business building tips at her website. http://www.fireflycoaching.com

I’d dropped out of the organization for a few years, but when I heard that business coach extraordinaire, Stephanie Ward, was facilitating a networking evening, I had to register for it. It was fabulous! In fact, I was so impressed by the event and attendees, I immediately renewed my membership.

If you weren’t there, here’s what you missed:
