Conditions applicable to your registration for events
25th Anniversary Gala Event –November 12, 2011
Confirmation: Once we have received confirmation of your registration, we will send you an email confirmation. A VAT invoice will be sent out to you shortly after upon request. If you have not received confirmation of your registration within 4 days of your registration, please contact the Event organizing team (gala@europeanpwn-amsterdam.net) as we may not have received your registration.
Payments: Please be advised that all ticket sales are final. We must receive payment of the ticket(s) price prior to the Gala Event date, preferably within 4 days after your registration. We reserve the right to refuse the entry if you have not paid prior to the Gala Event date.
Cancellations and substitutes: We regret that no refund can be made on cancellations or in case of non-attendance. If not already paid, the ticket price will remain payable in full upon registration. Substitution of delegates are welcome, if we are informed at least three working days prior to the Gala Event.
Changes. We reserve the right to make changes to the program, location and/or speakers without prior notice.
Regular networking events for non-members / guests
Confirmation: Once we have received confirmation of your registration, we will send you an email confirmation. When paid the guestfee online, a receipt of payment can be downloaded immediately. A VAT invoice will be sent out to you after upon request. If you have not received confirmation of your registration within 4 days of your registration, please contact the Event
organizing team as we may not have received your registration.
